If you gave us your phone number on the signup form and checked the SMS consent box, we may text you about your inquiry and onboarding. We use SMS only for transactional purposes, never for marketing. You can opt out at any time.
Recognized keywords
Reply with any of these words to our SMS short code or long code. Keywords are case-insensitive — stop, Stop, and STOP are treated the same.
- STOP Opt out of all SMS from Frontier Reception. You'll get one final confirmation, then no further messages. Aliases: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.
- HELP Get our support contact info. Aliases: INFO, AID.
- START Re-subscribe after a previous STOP. Aliases: UNSTOP, YES.

I submitted the signup form. When will I hear back?
Within two business days, almost always sooner. If something goes wrong on our end and you haven't heard back in two business days, email [email protected] so we can check on your submission.
I don't want to receive text messages. Can I still inquire?
Yes. SMS consent is required only if you want us to text you back. You can leave the SMS consent box unchecked and email us at [email protected] instead — we'll reply by email and arrange a call from there.
I sent STOP and changed my mind. How do I resubscribe?
Reply START (or UNSTOP) to the same number you originally received messages from. You'll get a confirmation that you're resubscribed. You can also email us and we'll send a fresh consent confirmation link.
Is the person texting me a bot?
No. SMS replies from Frontier Reception are sent by real people on our team during business hours. We do not use AI or automated voice agents. Outside of business hours, you may receive an automated acknowledgement that a person will follow up on the next business day.
How do I request my data or have it deleted?
Email [email protected] from the address you used to inquire. We respond within 30 days. Note that some records — like SMS consent and opt-out — must be retained for regulatory reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do you offer 24/7 coverage?
Not yet. We currently cover business hours and overflow. After-hours support is something we offer to a limited number of accounts on a case-by-case basis — ask during your discovery call if it's a fit for your business.
